Cauliflower Raita
Ingredients:
   Cooking time : 15 min.       Serving :  4 persons 

        Cauliflower Medium  1 
        Coconut or Peanut   1 Cup
        Yogurt              1 Cup
        Cumin Powder        1 tsp.
        Coriander leaves    2 tbsp.
        Salt                1/2 tsp.
        Pepper              1/2 tsp.
Method:
Wash and trim the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Steam the for a few minutes. Mix with other ingredients. Chill the mixture and serve.
